Miss Lindy

We had our third ultrasound on Monday. Lindy has grown a lot. This time she actually looked like a person in the 4-D images. Jim has decided that she looks a lot like his brother Jonny. In the picture below, her right eye is behind the placenta so it is a little blurry. You can see her right foot just below her left arm. Her little toes are all there! I keep getting comments from people at work about how much better ultrasound technology is now that it was even just a few years ago! Most likely, you would be able to tell what everything was without me telling you!

Lindy at 29 1/2 weeks

She is very healthy and everything looks good. She weighs about 3 pounds 15 ounces as of now. Dr. Chang said she could weigh as much as 8 pounds at delivery. The placenta placement is still a major concern. She may have to be delivered by c-section because of placenta previa. Right now, we are waiting to see if it moves more than it already has. I will have another ultrasound at 38 weeks. If it has moved, they will just let me go into labor naturally. If it has not moved, they will do a c-section the next day before I go into labor naturally. I am still doing fine, Lindy is healthy and the outcome we want is just to have our healthy baby girl delivered in the safest way possible.
