It has been a few weeks since we had a weekend where we could just spend time as a family out of cell phone range and out of town! We told Lindy that if it was nice, we would go to the river and play. Saturday started out not nice, it was rainy and cool. We decided to go out of town to grocery shop and have lunch. Lindy kept asking all day when we would get to go to the "riber". We knew she would be so disappointed if we didn't get to go. It finally cleared up in the afternoon and we were able to go down to the Current river. We went to a canoe put in and let Lindy play. She and Jim waded in the cold water and attempted to catch fish in the net. Owen and I found a nice place to sit down and enjoyed the beautiful late afternoon sun!
