One set of Jim's parents live aboard their sailboat, Mirage. They have lived on Mirage since Jim was 16 and still living at home. Currently, Mirage is harbored in Boca del Torras, Panama. Chuck is the harbor master there. They came to the states for an 8 week visit this year. They spent time with all four of their kids and their 5 grandchildren while they were home. We were not sure that we would get to see them with Jim's crazy fire schedule. It worked out that Jim was home for 3 days of R&R over Labor Day weekend. They all got here Friday night. They all left me on Wednesday morning. It was hard going from a whole house full of people to just me in 15 minutes! Jim will get to see his parents again at Thanksgiving for Jonny and Jenn's wedding in Mexico. I, unfortunately, don't get to go. The doctor rattled off some blah blah about third world country, third trimester of pregnancy, questionable water, 12-15 hours of travel...
We tried out the new camera the night before they left. Ann and I are in our pajamas, but oh well! The pictures are still good!
Ha! I got Jim in front of a camera with me!
(Jenn, you can almost see the full baby bump here!)
